Surveys & Interviews
Many future problems can be avoided by incorporating the views and opinions of the staff. In many instances the office manager is aware of needs that the owners never notice. We find that through involvement and commitment of the entire staff the transition to the new space can be both a positive and successful mission.

Many issues must be addressed through a needs analysis. Adequate individual spacing, traffic flow, expansion opportunities, parking availability, image, ownership opportunities, location trends and many other issues should be addressed and acknowledged.

Buy vs. Lease
There are many deciding factors regarding the buy vs. lease argument. Is the business at a financial point to even qualify for funding? Is the right property available? In most cases purchasing your own building makes the best sense in the long run

Financial Pre-Qualification
We recommend that projects be pre-qualified with a lending institution before moving further. We can help you produce a financial projection for the entire project. The goal is to present this projection along with other lender required information to the bank to secure a written commitment up front.
