UHF Picks Momentum Group To Manage Condo Project

Momentum will oversee the design development and manage budgeting and procurement.

Raleigh, NC -- UHF Development Group has chosen Raleigh, North Carolina-based Momentum Group Inc. to handle all aspects of project management for the Arbors of Beaux Catcher luxury condominiums in Asheville, North Carolina. Momentum Group, a full-service commercial development and design firm, will oversee the design development of the condo units and will manage budgeting and procurement. The project is expected to break ground in June, according to Terry Espy, president and owner of Momentum Group.

Momentum Group provides project management, including planning, construction management, and development, for clients ranging from medical to commercial industries.
