IntraHealth International Chooses Momentum
Group
for New Office Facilities Project
Momentum To Handle All Aspects Of
Project Management For International
Health Care Firm’s Expansion and Relocation
To New Chapel Hill Office
Raleigh, NC – IntraHealth
International has chosen Raleigh-based
Momentum Group to handle the
facilities project management
of the organization’s
expansion and consolidation of
their offices into a corporate
headquarters.
The 27,000 square
foot Class A office space, located at the
Quadrangle Office Park in Chapel
Hill, is scheduled to be ready
for occupancy in February 2004. Momentum
Group will coordinate the construction
management team of architects
and engineers for the project,
develop the space plan, design
the interiors, handle furniture
selection and layout, and manage
the technology integration, as well as coordinating
all lighting, mill work, and floor treatment
selections and installation. IntraHealth International, a non-profit organization, is a former affiliate of the University of North Carolina, who has been contracted to improve the performance of primary health providers in developing nations under the global USAID Prime II project.
